Being from Chicago and a huge fan of Pizzaria Uno (and Due) I decided to not get a traditional deep dish, I just assumed I would be disappointed because I doubt it is as good as the original. I opted with the Detroit style. It was good, the sauce had tang and the ingredients were fresh. The crust had the Detroit style "caramelized" cheese. All in all, it was a solid pizza.
