Rarely do I review chains but running out of local joints. This is the Gluten Free crust. That won’t factor in my score, I know that generally stinks. Crust- soft but reasonable. The crust end is nice and crunchy. The middle of the pie is soft like a baby’s bottom. Taste is neutral. Not good or bad. Sauce- neutral. Good quantity but taste quite generic. It doesn’t add or subtract. Above average gluten free. Cheese- too much. Ratio bad news. Taste adds absolutely nothing to the equation. Execution- reasonable. Nicely well done, just too soft in the middle. Cheese bomb aspect is uncool. Eye test- fails. You can tell there’s too much cheese. Looks more like middle school lunchroom pizza. Bake McBride once said, “Championships are hard to come by. Sometimes, it takes a little luck.” Great pizza is pure execution. No luck. Luckily, you are reading this and know to consider other options, unless you are super hungry and everything else is closed. For average pizza that you know going in will stink, this is above average stinky pizza.
