Overall, a solid slices. On the Uno slice the crust was buttery and flaky and was paired with sauce with good tang. The pepperoni slice had a bonus layer of cheese in the crust that added great depth in the taste of the slice. The main takeaway from the slices was the lack of sauce, which would have made the uno slice in particular less dry.

Deep Creek Lake.....”deep dish pizza”—not so much. Get the crab dip instead. BANG!

Deep dish is a wildcard. Prone to being doughy, undercooked or if the sauce is a weakness, it's only exacerbated by the nature of it being deep dish. Uno evades these pitfalls and delivers a pie with a perfected balance of sauce acidity, cheese layering and consistency in toppings. The crust, too, is a buttery and flaky masterpiece.This is good pizza.

Great texture. Solid cheese. Good amount of oil. Crunchy crust. Chunky tomato sauce.
