Thickness - Well it’s a Chicago style so of course it’s thick AF Crispy - the crust and undercarriage were crispy, but not over crispy Flop - The slice was not wide enough to fold, so there was no flop. Cheese and Oil Laevel - A lot of cheese but not over oiled Sauce (Sweet or Tangy) - Sauce was definitely sweeter. Would I Come Back? - it’s a chain, I do not usually do chains, but it’s the best Chicago style pizza in NJ and PA. Just to be real, this has NOTHING on a real Chicago pie in Chicago.
