Uno Pizzeria & Grill

I had an UNO Pizzeria in Queens NY growing up but never went to it because we had tons of great NY style pizzerias within blocks. Dough was perfect and a bit airy. Sauce very pleasant tasting with a bit of sweetness. Cheese was pretty good, but not as good as Giordano's thicker Wisconsin cheese,(only gave Giordano's a 6.2 because of the lousy dough and not so good sauce) which I reviewed a couple days ago, also Chicago style.
