Uno Pizzeria & Grill

I wasn’t going to review the pizza here at Uno’s. It resides within the Holiday Inn. I ordered a thin crust pizza but it’s definitely on the thicker side. I assume it’s thin compared to the Chicago style they typically serve. Plenty of corn meal on the bottom but it’s not crispy. It’s also cut in squares so some of the outer pieces have more dough than anything else. There’s plenty of flavor here and again, it’s almost like garlic bread. Parmesan, garlic and oregano dominate this pizza. It’s better than I thought but nothing spectacular.
