This pizza is phenomenal. Had the bacon wild mushroom and is worth the drive!

I would describe this pizza as soft chewy, but only because of the crust. The taste is fine. For me I want my pizza to have a different feel for the crust vs cheese+toppings, this pizza does not have that. So to be clear this rating is on the “feel” of this pizza in my mouth, not the taste(which is fine-if that’s good enough for you). It is a neat building though, nice oldy vibe to it.

This picture doesn’t really do this pizza justice. Looks way better fresh. This was taken after a half hour of being out of the oven. I couldn’t be bothered to take a fresh picture as I was enjoying my pizza. I’m not going to stop eating a really good pizza to take a picture, unless I’m starting to get full. Anyway, the crust game was on point. There was a perfect amount of olive oil and salt. The mozzarella was fresh. The sauce was smooth but with a little tang, very flavorful but not overpowering. Overall, this the best pizza I’ve had in Wisconsin so far. The crust, though. The crust stole the show. It was perfect. No flop. Very light, very crispy and the stone oven gave it a nice flavor. 8.3. That’s the review. BONUS REVIEW: I also got the rosemary bruschetta. The olive oil dip was like a vinaigrette or something. Made the bread just a bit too soggy too quickly. Other than that, the flavor was good, very tangy, but it didn’t blow me away. I might get it again sometime. 5.8.

I love this pizza. Crust had good char, a little bit greasy but probably because of the pepperoni. Loved the fresh parm and the toppings!
