Unregular Pizza

As others have said, mainly a gimmick slice shop. Heavy slices

Had to go with a gimmick slice for the gimmick slice spot, not bad! Wish I tried a normal slice but didn’t see it until it was too late amongst the sea of gimmick pies.

I thought it was a solid square slice. I really did like the pepperoni burrata and hot honey slice. Chicken slice was a bit dry. Margherita slice was pretty tasty good sauce nice crust and cheese ratio

Slightly better than what Dave suggests but $15 for a slice and coke is highway robbery. Slightly too crispy but I liked the sauce a bit. Not better than Prince Street though.

Pictures is $20… all slices were good, not great. Dough was nice sauce was okay. 6.8

The only thing keeping this from the 9’s was the off-putting smoke flavor

Had to order the entire menu since they had a delivery minimum. Actually only tried the burrata square and the plain. Plain was as regular as it gets (6.5). Square has all the latest bells and whistles on it (hot honey, roni cups, nduja, burrata), seems like it would be gimmicky but it works (7.5). Giving the higher score since they’re doing something different here, go with the squares

Boss man said the dough was fermented for 72 hours, and I believe it. Super tasty and crispy to bite into, the cheese was high quality too. Was a bit doughy and took a while to get into the flavors again, but you gotta appreciate a nice crunch like that.

Good pizza

This is a part of my Pizza On The Pier series of short reviews. The event was hosted by Scott Weiner. We mostly had Neapolitan pies from different pizzerias. Crust was exactly what you'd expect: airy cornicione, floppy center yet melts in your mouth, pillowy, and outside of it's inherent lack of crisp, better tasting than most crusts. Charred exactly the right amount. If the slice had sauce it was naturally sweet San Marzanos. The other slices were either just real fresh mozzarella, mozzerella and soppresata, or the Argentinian pizza with onion. The one on the right is Unregular, I believe. Probably my favorite slice there.
