Untouchables Pasta & Pizza

Clearly people in this are deprived of actual good pizza. This would be good loaded with toppings with crust more done but not as a plain pie ranked within the parameters of Dave and how he and others like him, score their pizza. The crust was a thinner chicago-ish type of crust with nothing but flop. The sauce was sweet with some obvious oregano zing. Cheese was okay, overall almost Ellios’s like tasting pizza. Other raters should visit NJ/PA/NY/Connecticut area, eat some pies, them come back and re-score this one.

Excellent crust flavor, love the sauce. Sauce has a somewhat sweet taste to it and makes it hard to stop eating. Pie is a bit floppy the closer you get to the middle and they cut it in squares, but I just love this pie. This was a pepperoni which they put under the cheese. This could easily be a 9+ if the crust was a little more crisp. Definitely one of my favorites. Give the Trigger Fingers a try as well.

Sweet sauce, very good cheese, little to no crunch. I really like it, but would like to be a bit crispier. I will get it again, but still searching for better in the area.

Found my new favorite. I past this sign dozens of times and wanted to see if it was for real. 1.The slices were small but their prices are pretty low for it. 2. Not exactly a traditional sauce but was real amazing, and was chunky. I tasted various spices and it was a bit sweet. 2.The cheese was thick and a high quality taste. 3. Crust was at total perfection. 4. Not sure why they call the pizza Chicago style but in NY there would be lines to get in here. 5. My rating is 8.6 ( My highest since I came to the West Coast!!)

Good Chicago style pizza. Sweet sauce with plenty of cheese. Crust was a little doughy on the edges but had a good flavor.

Love the square cut pizza and very very good obviously not plain cheese but the sausage is very good as well. Tangy sauce but great overall taste.
