Pizza Review
This pizza has an identity crisis, but not necessarily a bad thing. It was unique enough that I’ll remember it. The dough is thin and just slightly airy, but has a chewiness to it that reminded me more of Neapolitan dough. However, you can see by the picture that it’s prepped in the style of tavern. Cheese was cooked all the way despite not getting the caramelization I love. Sauce was sweeter; not sure if it was coming from the sausage or the actual sauce. Pep and sausage were pretty standard. This isn’t a true pizza spot I’d say though they have multiple sizes. Price wasn’t bad and I ate the whole thing. Clearly I enjoyed it. The menu here is massive but I think the pizza was the best from the other entrees around the table. The Bavarian pretzel was great.
