Pizza Review
Well, the super inflated high rating scores, I admit, drew me to coming here. David Portnoy followers kind of know there is no such thing as a 10. 1. This is one of those places you walk through picking all your ingredients, and in a couple minutes, the super hot brick oven cooks it in record time. 2. The dough was really, really good. It rose just the right amount and was a perfect texture. 3. Cheese was the creamy type and rather good. Sauce though, was a bit acidic and not a traditional flavor. 4. The place has the look of a large chain restaurant, but it is only their 2nd location!
