Upland

We ordered the Margherita pizza with ’nduja at Upland, and the flavor was outstanding. The ’nduja added a great spicy, savory kick, and the outer crust was thick, flavorful, and absolutely wonderful. The pizza was also beautifully presented and looked as good as it tasted. The only downside was the structure of the pizza toward the middle. The center was extremely thin, making it difficult to pick up and fold a slice without the toppings sliding off. A little more structure through the center would have made a huge difference. Overall, Upland nailed the flavor, crust, and presentation—the pizza just needed a sturdier center to hold everything together.
