Upper Crust Pizza Downtown

Like all things Santa Fe, there is a weird taste to it. I think its the cheese. The sauce is good. Crust had crisp, but could use a touch more salt.

I usually order a Margharita on my first visit to a pizza place but when New Mexico, you ALWAYS order green chili. So I did. The crust and sauce here aren’t exactly right for a Marg, but they work perfectly with green chilies. The crisp but thicker crust holds the sauce and cheese perfectly, nothing soggy even after it cooled. The chilies were flavorful and tasted fresh. Overall this place is ideal for a New Mexico style pizza!

Known for green chili cheese. I’m lost. Green chili spectacular. The rest complete nonsense. Not one component good. Medium thick. Executed fine (in the preparation) but all three main ingredients are a complete bore.

Classic Meat Treat Pizza Recommended by the gentlemen at the counter. He also recommended adding green chiles to the pizza. Great pizza.

Overall good. A little greasy but good crisp
