Pizza Review
Pass by Upper Crust once a week. Have always heard good things about it, or at least I use to back in the day. I was in the area and decided to grab a pie to take home. I called the order in for pick-up (Lg Traditional Pepp). 1.5hrs I get there way early and have plenary of time to sit and just watch. While I won’t thrash the establishment for this is just a “pizza” review, but. I won’t be going back. Again, another over cheesed pizza. There was enough cheese on this pizza to make three pizzas. Convention oven pizza. Sauce that was there had decent bite to it, and crust wasn’t too bad for a Con Oven. Light char from being cooked for what seemed to be a lifetime. Somewhat greasy in the middle as well. Wasn’t what I was expecting. Had much higher hope. I believe if you don’t put love into the food you make, the food you make won’t love you back. This pizza maker looked less than thrilled to be making pizzas. When you don’t care or don’t love the craft you’re performing, on any level, go do something else. But don’t make the public suffer. 6.6 That’s the Review
