This was a game changer here maybe if not the best slice shop I’ve tried yet it it also plays to my strength being well done light and airy with two types of cheese sauce was good too but real story hear is the cheese as well as fresh grated. To me this is a better version of Sauce with the combo of zazzy and L’industrie which I’m pretty sure all use the same style of ovens. This is my new go to slice.
