Upside Pizza

Don’t believe the hype! Without a doubt the most disappointing slice I’ve had in New York. I came in with high expectations based on reviews from reputable sources and positive word of mouth, but was sorely disappointed. It was greasy, the sauce wasn’t tangy (way too rich), and cheese was very average. I went back a second time to see if I was wrong, but unfortunately I wasn’t. My overall impression is that it tasted like a below average slice one would get in a place that isn’t known for pizza (I.e outside of New York, North Jersey, Westchester, LI or Connecticut), so that’s what I’m going to give it. Will try a third time just in case
