Great pizza sauce was delicious good amount of cheese just could use a little more crisp

Really good pizza. Can’t go wrong with any. Stupid expensive for 12 inch pies though.

Coal Fired Neapolitan style pizza, which means you’ll always have a flop. Also means best when eaten right away. Crust flavor was solid and decent chew, sauce to cheese ratio was good (but sauce is over the cheese so it can get messy in my car like a crime scene w sauce)

Fan of coal fired. Ingredients were there. Very solid pizza. They go light on the cheese but in this case they make it work. Wouldn’t travel for it, but it is the best slice I’ve had in Red Bank (which isn’t saying too much).

Expected the pizza to be much more crispy coming right out of the oven. Like the char, but not the flop.. Good service, but so so pizza..

One of the best pizza’s I ever ate great sauce and pepperoni. Not greasy at all this was a masterpiece of flavors

This gem in Red Bank has something special. This pizza has everything you can ask for in the perfect slice. The sauce is so flavorful, the cheese is so tasty, and the dough is light with the perfect consistency of doughy and crispness on the outside.

7.8 is a super high review. People shouldn’t throw 8s and 9s around. Great bar pizza. Cooked well, great sauce. Recommend going!

Got the white pizza. Loved the tomatoes. Loved the hint of garlic in the sauce. Ate the whole thing in about 10 minutes. I would drive out of my way for this pizza.
