Crust was solid. Sauce was tangy. Needed a little more cheese. Typical coal fired slice. Bonus: the Don Gregorio pie was great...worth a shot itself too.

This pleasantly surprised me. The sauce was super tasty. Quite peppery and packed with herbs. The moz was great. Lots of crunch and zero flop.

Delicious Mozzerella, Crispy Tasty Crust. Excellent. BUT it cost $20 for a medium pizza, which is the size of a personal pizza 😶

Interesting dough. Kinda neapolitanish, but not. Super light and good texture, but overall very dry and not much flavor. Has potential for something much better, just needs more work.

I’m cheating and scoring a specialty pie. Sue me. Plus look how sharp that presentation is! Pizza’s good. A little too small, but decent crisp (although could be crispier). A little too doughy but like the sauce a lot and good cheese. Fresh ingredients.

Sauce was just too sweet for my liking and there was way too much of it. The cheese was good, this pizza could be in the 7s if they adjusted the ratio.

Coal fire was nice, but the sauce wasn't great. Very bland.. .even qrith a topping . I've had much better
