Flop city. Taste was good though. Sauce had a good flavor, this wasn’t my style of dough but didn’t have a bad taste.

We got three pies. Sausage peppers and onions- pepperoni- margarita. They were very good and crispy the pepperoni seamed to have the hot spot in the oven. But, the start of the show was their chicken wings we gave them an 8.7.

Pizza-Light. Like a date night pizza. Not heavy. This pizza doesn’t lift. But it is good. Good sauce and meats. Crust is crispy. Soft flop.

Enjoyed the pizza very much. Liked the sauce and coal fired very good pizza

This gem in Red Bank has something special. This neopolitan pizza has everything you can ask for in a slice. The sauce is extremely flavorful, the cheese is tasty, and the crust is light with the perfect consistency of doughy and crispy on the outside.

One sentence everybody knows the rules…Pepperoni pizza wasn’t cooked enough even though I asked for crispy definitely not worth the trip. That’s a review!

Very good. Sauce is super different then traditional pizza sauce. Nice and light. A little more crisp and it would be elite.

Quite good, still a bit crispy despite being in box for a bit. A bit salty though, took some bites to get used to.

Pretty good taste. Under carriage was uneven which made some slices perfectly cooked and others a bit floppy. Service was great!!

Light, sweet sauce. Decent crisp. If you order the garlic bread, just know that it’s essentially the size of a medium pizza. It will fill you up quickly.

If you come here you have to try the chicken wings. They are outstanding with caramelized onions. The pizza is amazing so crunchy and crispy. The interior is also super nice with strip lights inside giving it a modern touch but also a rustic feel by keeping some original features of the original building. Best restaurant in Red Bank.

Delicious pie here, with plenteous sauce topping a delicate thin crust. When I crisp this baby up at home it will hit mid-8s

Hate to give a rookie score, but I couldn’t decide between a 7.9 and an 8.1. Very good Jersey pizza. Right up my alley. Thin, crispy, and sweet sauce. Excellent find I’m very satisfied.

Coal Fired Neapolitan style pizza, which means you’ll always have a flop. Also means best when eaten right away. Crust flavor was solid and decent chew, sauce to cheese ratio was good (but sauce is over the cheese so it can get messy in my car like a crime scene w sauce)
