Excellent sauce, and I love the coal-fired taste. The crust has good flavor but is way too thin for the long rectangles they cut the pie into. Ordering it cut into traditional slices helps, but still way too much flop.

Lots of flop, BUT makes up for it with a fantastic red sauce and tasty crust. Ingredients were fresh, too.

It tastes good. But mine was not hot enough and I think a little more time in the oven to crisp it up would take it into the 7s

Paper thin crust and average sauce. Could be better if it was cooked longer. Fresh ingredients.
