Alot of flop for a wood fire. Undercrust is limp and under cooked while the outer crust is burnt? I feel the one in charge of the oven just started. Besides that great flavor. Cheese is a solid mozzarella lacking the addition tang. Sauce is very bland unfortunately, but made with a quality tomato. If this wasn't from a wood fired oven it would be 2 points less.

Pretty good pizza. Definitely would come back. Wish I would’ve ordered the buffalo chicken because it looked phenomenal. Crust/dough was great. Pepperoni was a little salty for my liking but this was good pizza.
