V3 Flatbread Pizza

I did not like this pizza at all and my girlfriend didn’t either. This was one of the last places I needed to try in Lawrenceville. I think I might’ve had it a couple years ago after a blurry South Side night, but who knows. It’s a build your own place, but I kept it simple as usual. I got the spicy pizza sauce, basil, and Wisconsin mozzarella. The Wisconsin mozzarella threw up a red flag for me, and I was right. The cheese really tasted bad and there was plenty of it. The spicy sauce was not spicy and tasted store bought. It tasted like pizza sauce you buy at the store to make pizzas at home. There was no crisp or texture on any slice of this pizza. Lastly the basil looked like a bunch of shake dumped on a pizza. You couldn’t taste it at all which was extremely disappointing considering I was so let down the sauce and cheese. Definitely a disappointing experience and I feel bad for this review because everyone else seems to like it.
