When I think gas station pizza I think a mountain of grease on top of a chewy bready mess of dough. But that’s surprisingly not the case. The crust is crispy and light, with light flop. Sauce is generous but not over the top and good tang. The cheese is a bit greasy but not what I’d expect. Pleasantly surprised with this slice. It’d be a higher score if some of the ingredients had a bit more of a stand out flavour but all around a good pie.
