Spicy peps. Wood fire. Solid pie. Limited flop. Good crust.

Ordred 2 pies, the Bee’s Knees and the Suprema. The Bees’s Knees had a great char good undercarriage. The homey added a little sweet overall great pie give it a 7.4 The Suprema not a great char and was definitely soupy in the middle and non crunch. Give it a 6.5 I will give the higher score of the 2 a 7.4

Crust and bread are the highlight, the pizza is a little too thin and could use more sauce.

Good pie obviously high quality ingredients decent undercarriage good meat just thin for my taste. If I was a thin pizza person would score higher

Crispness is there just a little soupy

Amazing undercarriage! Crust is very flavorful and the cheese is high quality. The top of the crust could have used a little char but other than that it was a very solid pie.

One of if not the best brick oven pizza I have ever had. Crispy crust with a little tang/heat in the sauce but still super light and fluffy. 10/10 experience too they cook it right outside in a brick oven truck. HIGHLY recommend!
