Valentina's Pizzeria & Wine Bar

Obviously there’s not a ton of great pizza places around Madison or Huntsville that offer an authentic New York style pizza. Thankfully Joe Carlucci has given us Valentina’s! It’s definitely the best pizza in the area and from my experience, the entire state of Alabama. I’ve eaten a lot of pizza in Brooklyn and New York, including John’s of Bleeker. Valentina’s will definitely give you the closest thing to that in Alabama. Super thankful for this great place. Our family eats it weekly. 8.3.

The pizza has a nice undercarriage. Cheese and sauce all seem to come together nicely. I would have liked just tad more of cheese.

Out of Detroit Style and Sicilian. New York style pretty solid. Probably the best you can get in the area but was hoping for a tad better.

Best in AlaBama. Crust was perfect. Look at the undercarriage- God would be proud. Solid 8’s, but tonight was amazing. Dave- don’t suck. Get here

Flavor is good. Outside of crust good, floppy in the middle. Overall good pizza.

Margherita is super good. Full of flavors and the sauce is not overwhelming. Not the best flop but crust is still crunchy.

Perfectly flavored sauce with a little sweetness, good chew, great crisp, and good cheese. Overall textbook cheese pizza slice.
