VALENTINO PIZZERIA TRATTORIA

Tried this white pie: spinach, prosciutto , goat cheese, hot honey. Was different but good, crust had great crisp without flop or char. I’ve had this pie before on Sarasota visits. The owners are from Jersey, very good pizza. Next time I am doing square/grandma pie😎

Beautiful. Crispy, flavorful, and full of character. Wouldn't change anything.

Sauce is great cheese is great dough has great taste. However they overcook the dough and it’s hard as a rock. Can’t even eat the crust. Has potential.

Could be a bit less soupy but other than that it’s amazing

I’m originally from North Jersey and have lived in Florida for 21 years. Valentino’s is very good and one of my top 5.

We got the Sicilian and buffalo chicken pizzas. The Sicilian pizza was not good at all. The buffalo chicken was good, overall I wouldn’t get their pizza again tho.

My son wanted his input in there as well.

Excellent pizza. Crispy crust. Cheesy and not greasy. Tangy and delicious sauce. Minimal flop. Right off the bat, appearance is game winner, but the overall quality was impressive. Would def come again!
