Cheese and Sausage - Hand tossed
From the get go this pizza was a mess. Not completely cut I had to rip the first piece from it. That caused the toppings to just fall off. The subsequent pieces were just as difficult to take. Complete flop, no firm crust structure in the center. Cooked on a screen leaving that distinctive pattern on the bottom. The crust was a tough chew and had average flavor. The sauce was on the tangy side with a nice flavorful cheese. Typical area sliced sausage with some bite. Nothing special here. Average pizza for the Tri-Cities.
