Valentino's Pizza

So last night I scored the Cheese, and it was pretty good. I also ordered the BBQ Chicken, which is my favorite pizza type. I score differently from El Presidente. I wait til the morning after on BBQ chicken. A pizza should both fill you up while drinking and watching the big game, but also the morning after help you rebound from the night before. So this BBQ Chicken is probably some of the best out here on the road (trucker). It could use more crust, but the BBQ sauce is excellent, the chicken has the smokeyness I look for, and the piece de resistance the red onions weren’t slimy like sautéed but not raw either perfect amount of soft and crunch
