Val's Famous Pizza & Grinders

Overall really good pizza, thin crust. If we had to give it a critique, it was a little heavy on the cheese.

Had higher hopes for this pizza. Looked better online. Lots of flop. Something in the sauce or spices they use is a little to sweet for my liking. Like I said lots of flop but crispy towards the end. Almost like it needed to be cooked longer. Not much taste/flavor at all unfortunately. Smh. I will say it wasn’t overly salty like some pizzas in the area. Idk. Still trying to find something good Chicago style out near me. That’s a review

Thin crust little to no flop, good crust.

Sauce was a bit sweet. Sheesh and toppings were excellent tho. Only thing I wish was different would be a little more char on the crust.

It’s drunk pizza.
