Good typical NY cheese slice. We go by the Dave Portnoy rules so I only rate regular cheese. However, there best slice is the Caprese slice and a good margherita with very good sauce seasoned with oregano basil and a good garlic flavor and good Fior da latte mozzarella. The caprese has ricotta and whole tomato’s on top of the fresh cheese which I love. If you come here try those two. The cheese is a good average NY slice, very good thin crust. 7.1 that’s a review
