This is a good California football pizza. Crust has good chew and I like the degree of flop. Sauce is tangy and sometimes I ask for extra sauce. Major downside is that it’s cooked on a wire conveyor belt like most Cali pizzas. Coal fired oven would launch this pizza into the mid 8 range. Try it out.
