Varilla Pizza and Pasta

Pizza was so gas. Great flavor in the sauce. Could’ve been more crispy.

I ordered the 20 inch pepperoni Pizza and Fried Mozzerella. The fried mozzerella took the cake being so good, however the pizza, although was good, just wasn’t good to write home to Dave about. Cheese was good Peps were alright, sauce a little on the sweeter side and crust had a nice undercarriage, just no char (i may be subjective but i love a nice char). Overall, a solid pizza.

Solid football pizza, the ingredients you can tell are better than most. The undercarriage was too rough for me, like cardboard. That being said zero flop.

Agree with what others have said about being slightly greasy but solid crunch and undercarriage. Thinner pizza than a normal hand tossed. Toppings were good.

What a gem… Perfect crisp, sauce to cheese ratio on point. Great undercarriage.. Only negative was I found it a tad on the greasier side. Nonetheless one of the best if not the best New York style Za I have found in LA. Bonus points for the super cool staff!!!

Kinda of pricey, little bit of grease, little bit of flop. Pretty solid pizza.

Great sauce to cheese ratio, perfectly cooked crust with an amazing crispiness. Wish I found this place sooner. By far the best New York I’ve had in Los Angeles.

Good pizza probably the closest you’ll get to a NY slice around this part of town . I recommend the single slices than the pie . Could get to pricey . Not bad for 2.85 for a cheese slice .
