No standard slice available so went with fancy Dough- no complaints. Good crunch but very neutral taste. Texture was impressive Cheese - subtle taste. Fresh. Quite nice. Great chew. Star of the show Sauce- sweet. Very gentle on the spice. I can’t say perfectly fresh. Has a bit of a generic, canned taste to it, but not so low quality that it takes away from the slice. I’m being hyper critical Ratio- perfect. Can’t find any fault Execution - taste a hair above average, baking process excellent Very difficult to score, which is unusual Haydn said, “Secretly, I write for myself, and hope my patron or audience is pleased.” This is solid neighborhood pie, but not travel worthy
