Got it a little cold as we arrived later than expected. Under carriage was flimsy and loose, likely due to being late. Flavor was great, slight heat. Still solidly in the 8s and maybe higher if had fresh out of oven.

Light and airy with wonderful charred undercrust and simple sauce. Would be a perfect spring or summer pizza on a hot day with a cold pitcher. 10/10

Very good pizza! Sauce is one of the best I’ve ever had and ingredients overall are delicious and fresh. Big flop and slightly undercooked. Crust is good but could have more crisp. Very similar to Antico. Also the customer service is phenomenal!
