Unfortunately had to let it sit 10 minutes for travel time so it had time to cool off a little bit. Probably in the 8s if I ate it fresh, but for how I got it solid 7.8

You cannot beat the bake. Great char. Cheese is right. Maybe. Just maybe a little more zip in the sauce if you like a “football pizza.” If you’ve been to Naples or Tony’s in San Francisco, you’ll want this pizza. If you haven’t, you’ll want to try this to set the bar.

It’s Neapolitan - don’t care. Amazing pizza with fresh ingredients and an Italian feel. Watching the cook work the pizza oven is worth the visit alone

Been going to Vecchia Pizzeria since opening day. Delicious pizza with the right amount of cheese to sauce to crust ratio. You can ask for a crispy crust but the crust is fine how they make it.

The freshness of the ingredients is what stands out most about this pizza. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. Love the charing of the pie and the texture of the crust is awesome. Would probably have been in the high 8’s if it was a little crispier on the bottom.

Crust is good, a little burned at the edges, the sauce is very flavorful but the cheese is lacking. Doesn’t have the normal cheese flavor that brings a pizza together

The margarita pizza’s marinara sauce is so watery I eventually ended up wearing most of the sauce . I have no idea how you are you to consume a pizza with sauce the consistency of water without making a mess. The meatball pizza is a more conventional pie with the only minus being the dough /crust was very floppy . Tough to eat these pizza’s without a fork ., in my opinion they need to get their crust cooked correctly do the pie doesn’t feel as though it should have been left in the oven for a few more minutes

God damn, been trying to get in here to try it for honestly 6 weeks. Only in the area from time to time and their hours are pretty much, “we’re open or we’re not, tough shit.” Really good ingredients all around, wish the crust had a little more crisp but barely affected the results. Excellent pizza, best I’ve had in this area for sure... Captain Eric Lindros 8.8

I always tend to like a more Crispy crunchy crust, but the way the wood fired oven cooks the crust is incredible. But the main thing here is the freshness of everything is off the charts. To me, the best pizza anywhere close. Plus the atmosphere of the place is incredible

Pizza does not disappoint. Reviews spot on. Only criticism is crust could have had more crunch. Solid pizza!!!

Fantastic sauce, the crust is an incredible blend of crunchy-doughy-crispy.
