This place is on Lawton Street, next to the Mexican spot on the corner of Main. Anyway, the slice was average. It flopped like a fish the first 2 bites, then grease ran down the middle but the crust has a nice light crunch and the cheese was heavy! The BBQ chicken wings had a phenomenal sauce, it was tangy, the wings were nice and meaty as you see, and the sauce even satisfied my sweet tooth. Scores: Cheese pizza 6.7 Wings 8.5 Verdict: Skip the pizza, go for the wings.

So I’m really not sure how I missed this place. It’s local in New Rochelle. And I’m always trying to find pizzerias close by that I haven’t reviewed. Anyway, let’s get into it. Had it delivered, so I had to heat it a little bit. It’s a Friday, Beautiful day out. Getting all the Christmas lights down. Off the bed. It looks pretty good. Let’s see what we got. It’s not bad. It’s a tad go, no flop, but not much crunch either. Looks could be deceiving. That being said, for an average slice, it’s OK. Nothing to write home about. Ingredients are OK, sauce cheese ratios is pretty normal. Crisp up a bit, it might help. It’s also tough to tell nowadays, as the so many pizzerias around, which ones of the true Italian pizzerias. That makes all the difference in my opinion.
