Venezia Pizza

This pie is constructed together very well. The sauce has a good neutral flavor. The crust is nice firm and crispy, and there was a thick layer of cheese, buttery but not greasy at all. Not pictured was an order of garlic knots I got with them, which was nice and fluffy but garlic was too strong. Same score for both items. Good job!

Great fresh mozzarella and tomato. Tomatoes are a little thick cut beyond that the slice is great. The grandma is great. Good crispy and some nice tang.

Margherita slice. It’s good quality and delivery is fast.

The dough is light and crunchy. But it’s not a thin slice, it’s a solid slice. Crust is bubbly and nice. The sauce has a very subtle hint of sweetness. Cheese is good. Not oily at all. This is not hipster Brooklyn pizza, this is old school Bronx style.
