VENICE PIZZERIA

Wish they gave it a minute more on the crust. Elite flavors.

Venice used to be the king in the greater Utica area for traditional NY style pizza. Over the last 5 years they’ve taken a couple steps backwards and I haven’t visited as much. Today I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did. Pizza was cooked to perfection and the toppings were just perfect. Definitely visiting again soon.

Solid pizza overall. Good crust in the center but a little doughy on the outside. Sauce has a good taste but not very memorable. The cheese is a little greasier than I like and taste a little lower in quality. Quality football pizza.

Friendly staff, good sauce-cheese ratio. Crust had a great crunch. Only thing that kept this slice from being in the 8’s was it had a little to much grease for my liking, good slice!
