Lot of flop. Lots of cheese. A little greasy. A little doughy crust. The sauce is the best part of this pie.

The lack of flop even when it is piping hot is impressive. Good undercarriage with a doughy but light crust. Good crunch. This place deserves more than it's been credited for.
