Vera Pizza

Football pizza, little doughy for my taste. Tastes like pizza my middle school would order on pizza day.

A friend spoke highly of them, but today’s experience was focused on flop & a very bland sauce. The cheese oil is expected and should be present. The crust had a good chew.

Didn’t look at the consensus score before reviewing this, but my score was right on; was somewhat disappointing because this pizzeria used to be a lot better, perhaps one of the best in the county. However, the ingredients, particularly the sauce, went slightly downhill. Still a decent, quick slice, however if you’re looking for top-notch, head another mile east on Rt. 44 to Posto.

No flop, good crisp. Marinara is rather underwhelming, cheese ratio is on par. A bit much on the grease. It’s not the best but certainly not the worst. I’d say this stands out better than most in the area.

Davey wouldn’t approve of the trees but the Big Nonna style is a tad better than the gold medal slice. Fresh tomato sauce, basil, olive oil. Pretty good overall.

Very nice people in this place. Slice is nondescript, bland from top to bottom. I’d rather have no taste than bad taste though, so let’s say 5.8.

Solid slice good cheese and sauce but very greedy and floppy

Good pizza. Crust is awesome, sauce is great. Cheese proportions are solid. Very little flop and very very reasonably priced. 1.75 for a slice!
