Verducci's Pizzeria Trattoria

I ordered the Bianca Fiorentina. On the menu, it states that it comes with spinach, ricotta, garlic, mozzarella and Parmesan. I guess this means you’re to assume that it doesn’t come with any tomato sauce. I definitely expected it to have tomato sauce 😑 But I’ll put that on me...no point deduction because of it. As for the quality of the slice itself, average to below average. Tons of flop, lost toppings because of it. Below average spinach. The dough wasn’t crispy enough. The saving grace for the slice was the ricotta and Parmesan cheese underneath the mozzarella. That part made the pizza taste good.
