Anytime you have char on your fingers from the crust that's a great sign. Cheese and sauce had excellent flavor. That's good pizza.

Serious Denver flop on this one. The Diavola is a grease fire but the flavor is very good. Excellent tang to the sauce but they gotta crisp up the crust.

Unbelievable sauce on the margarita. Could have used more cheese but an absolute beauty of a pie. Made fresh in front of you
