Sauce is too sweet. Slightly crispy but very floppy. Needs more mozzarella. Some salt wouldn’t hurt.

Oh yeah, ordered The Bart, delicious! Crust holds its own, plenty of meat for the toppings and the hit honey is an excellent finish.

Great Brick oven pizza! Perfect under carriage. Don’t forget the garlic knots. Really great. Had a pepperoni and bacon, pie! A must try!! ❤️❤️
