Pizza Review
Advertised as Wood-Fires, Authentic, Neapolitan, best pizza in Spokane... Nope!! This is an east coast opinion... where they know how to make pizza... Yes it’s wood-Fired, that’s where it ends... dough is thin, and crust is crispy and burnt from being wood fired but the underside is like chewing a piece of stale gum. Too much cheese which over powers sauce. So much flop that the crust breaks off from the rest of the slice. If this is the best Spokane has to offer, Spokane should just stick to bikini baristas and leave the pizza to the East coast...
