This pie checks all the boxes. It’s amazing. The pepperoni, honey, and chili flakes combined for an insanely flavorful experience. The structure was great too. Not too much flop while also being soft, chewy, but crunchy where it needs to be. Nothing about this pizza says anything except SHOWSTOPPER.

Thin and light, super good simple pizza with an upscale vibe. Good char on the undercarriage and not wet and floppy like the others.
