Sausage & Honey: Incredibly thin, good amount of char, creative topping combo with the jalapeños and mascarpone. Crust could have more flavor

This pie checks all the boxes. It’s amazing. The pepperoni, honey, and chili flakes combined for an insanely flavorful experience. The structure was great too. Not too much flop while also being soft, chewy, but crunchy where it needs to be. Nothing about this pizza says anything except SHOWSTOPPER.
