One.Bite. Everyone knows the rule.. flop is alright. Sauce has some tang to it, really good. Cheesy. Crust is not doughy has a bit of a crisp to it. Reviewing this with the always special guest my sweet little lady she went ahead and gave this a 7.0 Im going to give this a 7.5 thats a review.

Best Pizza in West Kendall by far. Sauce was sweet and tangy, cheese was perfect and zero flop. But that crust and undercarriage were crispy and delicious. Well done

Tucked away on the side of a nondescript Kendall plaza, Vesuvio delivers a pretty standout pie. Something about the airy, crispy—almost buttery—crust really elevates it above other local joints that opt for a more doughy-carby crust. Also, love that you can grab by the slice if you’re not feeling a whole pie. Staff was truly spectacular. Gabriela in particular was kind and attentive when there was a mishap with my Philly Cheesesteak. Sure hope she’s a manager, because she carried herself like one. Will be coming back!

Good undercarriage, nice flop. The sauce is a little sweet, but I like that way. Just the right amount of crisp. Solid pizza
