Just not good pizza.

This pale white pie is a contributing factor to the poor reputation of South Jersey pizza. And no, this is not supposed to be a “white pie,” I ordered a regular plain cheese pizza. Even though the cheese is melted, the entire pie feels incredibly undercooked. Everything is extremely soft including the cheese, the dough, the crust...all unpleasantly mushy. The cheese also has a sharp, sour taste, maybe more of a pecorino romano than mozzarella but possibly expired. Difficult to rate the sauce when there’s hardly any to be found and what little there was, wasn’t very tasty. Stereotypical bad South Jersey pizza, avoid.

Chicken parmesan pizza. Sauce needs some more tang. Well distributed amount of chicken. The cheese was decent. Definitely dinner pizza. Crust was pretty good. 6.6 final score.
