Very thin, mostly crispy. Pretty greasy. Sauce was good, the moz was where all the grease came from. I felt like a cow after eating 3 slices.

8.1 - nice thin crust. Maybe too thin as it was almost cracker like. Sauce lacked both profile and quantity. I liked the cheese and I thought it was an excellent slice. Light but had some nice grease and cheese flavor. Could’ve probably ate the whole pie.
