7.5 Via 313, Super cool place, alternative music playing inside, beer on tap, hipsters galore. This pizza I can’t honestly rate against other pizzas I’ve tried because it is a detriot style pizza. The only other detriot I’ve had like this is Little Caesars... and it tasted a lot like it lol but the differences are in the quality of the dough which has the texture of Schlotzkys bread (that’s not a bad thing) the cheese was really good and the sauce drizzle across the top was tangy and hits pretty solid. They boast the crispy cheese edge instead of crust and it delivers, it tastes and feels like a real cheese crisp you can buy at a store where they cook circles of cheese. I’ll give it a 7.5 because it has not competition in its class and that’s good enough to go and try... if this place is too far for you just try a deep dish little Caesars pizza 😳
